VB Clip is built and published by Cornerstone 118 Holdings LLC (“we,” “us”). Match processing runs on your device, and we do not receive or store your videos or personal data. If you choose YouTube archive, the app sends the selected video directly from your device to Google.
The VB Clip app has no account, no login, no advertising SDK, and no analytics or tracking SDK. We operate no servers that receive your match information. Your videos, condensed films, stats, and settings stay on your device and never reach us. We do not sell or share this data because we do not collect it.
Our website, vbclip.com, uses Cloudflare’s aggregated edge analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses a lightweight performance beacon without cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral tracking. Website analytics do not receive your videos or information about how you use the VB Clip app.
The website uses local storage only to remember whether you selected its light or dark appearance. That preference stays in your browser and is not used for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.
With your permission, the app reads the match videos you choose from your photo library so it can find the rallies and build a condensed film. If you turn on auto-save, it saves the finished films back to a “VB Clip” album. All of this happens on your device. You can grant or revoke this access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
If you choose to archive a film to YouTube, the app signs in to your own Google/YouTube account and uploads that film to your channel, at your request. That upload is between you, your device, and Google. We never receive or store your video or your Google credentials.
VB Clip uses YouTube API Services for this feature. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled per Google’s Privacy Policy.
VB Clip requests only two permissions: permission to upload videos to your channel, and read-only access used to show the destination channel and check the title, privacy setting, and continued existence of the films it uploaded, so shared links can be flagged when they stop working. The video, its title and description, and your channel identity are handled by Google as part of this user-requested feature. VB Clip never reads the rest of your channel, never changes videos it did not upload, and never shares your YouTube data with anyone else. Access tokens are stored only in the iOS Keychain on your device.
You can revoke VB Clip’s access at any time, either with “Disconnect YouTube” in the app’s Settings, or from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
VB Clip Pro is sold through the App Store. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment information. Apple’s handling of that data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
VB Clip is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
